Below is temporary resources

Inform customers:

  1. Test finger, center of the object, which is not the geometric center, rather the reflection surface
  2. Test type: Accuracy Test - Robot
  3. Accuracy test presume the test finger is within the active area and is touching on the screen/surface, not in mid air at the moment

Tests:

  1. Point accuracy, a grid of 4x4 (or other number of grid) all within the AA
    1. 95% of the time within 3mm
    2. when it fails we can further specify test conditions
  2. Linearity (volunteered, not in spec but this is how you do it)
    1. speed, constant speed with min and max range
    2. direction is constrained to vertical and horizontal, 3 vertical and 3 horizontal, avoid the "keep out" zone close to the edges
    3. This is optional, do it when the application involves swipes
