ANSWER
  1. Plug in the sensor 

  2. Open Control Panel

  3. Open Hardware and Sounds

  4. Navigate to Pen and Touch and click on Change touch input settings:



  5. Check off Set visual feedback when touching the screen:



  6. Press Apply and OK buttons.
